Need help with Gatherle, want to report something, or reviewing the app for release? Signed-in users can use the account support form. You can also email support@gatherle.com with enough detail for us to find the relevant account, event, venue, organization, or moment.

Contact Support

If you are signed in, start with the account support form so your request is tied to your Gatherle account. For account access, login issues, email verification, app review questions, or general product support, contact support@gatherle.com.

If you are an App Store reviewer, include the review context and any screen, route, account state, or build details that would help us reproduce the issue.

Account And Login Help

If you cannot sign in, cannot verify your email, or need help with account access, email us from the address linked to your Gatherle account where possible.

To request account or data deletion, use the public Account Deletion instructions. Privacy and data questions are covered in the Privacy Policy.

Report Events, Moments, Or Profiles

Use support to report inaccurate event details, stale venue information, organizer questions, inappropriate moments, impersonation, spam, harassment, or other trust and safety concerns.

Include the event, venue, organization, profile, or moment link when you can. For urgent safety or child safety concerns, include "Urgent safety report" in the email subject.

Hosts And Organizers

Hosts can email support for event corrections, organizer access questions, venue updates, and help making public event pages accurate before people RSVP.

Signed-in hosts can also use account support, or start from public discovery surfaces such as Events, Organizations, and Venues.

Privacy requests, data access or correction requests, account deletion help, and legal support questions can be sent to support@gatherle.com.
